Corio hotel rooms a the Quest Serviced Apartments

"The hotel its self was wonderful, but was slapped with a bunch of unnecessary fees after checking out even though I called to confirm prior to my booking to disclose my person situation. Was advise that it was all well and fine. Only to be a matter of he said she said. So pretty heart breaking as I’m a young and vulnerable woman who has escaped domestic violence and financial abuse to only have been put in the same situation??"

"Check-in quick & simple from the friendly receptionist. Clean modern property with all facilities necessary for long or short term stays. Heaps of room for the same price as a good quality single room motel."

"Everyone at the hotel was very welcoming . The reception team communicated very well before and during our stay. Lovely to meet the housekeeping team, they did a great job of cleaning the room. Great location, walked everywhere. Nice to be able to see over the city. Only item of note is the bath shower combination , the bath is very high to get in and out of to have a shower, not an easy fix but some feedback . Thank you for the lovely stay"
