It was very nice - the food was good, the room was very nice and comfortable and we loved being in the beach! The bugs in the shower at night weren’t the best, but other then that it was great!

Our stay at this hotel was beyond awful. The facilities are outdated, with ants infesting our room, and a nauseating smell of raw sewage permeating the entire compound. The walkways were slippery and uneven, a serious danger to young children and anyone unsteady on their feet. The food was horrendous, with lukewarm meals and a limited selection. Worse, there were no labels on any of the food, posing a huge risk for anyone with allergies. When we raised this with the hotel staff, our concerns were completely dismissed. The drinks were overly sweet, making them undrinkable, and we ultimately had to pay to eat out every night due to the poor quality of the food. There was a norovirus outbreak, with numerous guests, including us, suffering from vomiting and diarrhoea. Despite multiple ambulances arriving daily to take people to the hospital for dehydration, the hotel staff blatantly denied the issue. The pools, advertised as freshwater, were filled with sea water, and the bathrooms flooded every time we used the shower. Food hygiene was a serious concern—catering staff seemed inadequately trained, and overall safety measures were lacking. Due to the extreme nature of these problems, we decided to cut our holiday short by three days, paying extra to fly home early. This place is an absolute disaster—avoid at all costs!

Bring your money, says all inclusive but if you want a decent drink or cappuccino, you have to pay, bring a beach towel or you have to rent one. Never stayed in a resort like this, no secure luggage room to use. No all inclusive after 11 pm, I am sure the staff is sick of hearing complaints so they really don't help with any of the complaints. Beach is just not nice, food lots of it but nothing to make you want to eat more.. Dissapointing resort.

WHY would anyone stay here out of choice.. It’s basically butlins in Greece The whole place needs to be demolished. Good luck Mitis group getting this to the current standards off your other hotels.

In generale fu positiva, e sicuramente ci tornerei. I punti di forza sono la posizione, sulla spiaggia; la struttura, è molto grande. I ristoranti sono ampli e nonostante la quantità di persone sono gestiti bene. La modalità all inclusive, permette di avere rinfreschi e spuntini in mezzo alla giornata. Le stanze pulite e abbastanza spaziose. Il personale gentile. Credo che ci sia un buon rapporto prezzo e servizi offerti. Le cose che ho trovato negative sono: Non ho trovato un impiegato che parlassi italiano o spagnolo. All'arrivo nella reception non ci hanno fornito tutta l'informazione necessaria e si sono scordati di darci i braccialetti. Credo che ci siano 4 piscine, anche se molto affollate, due particolarmente dedicate ai piccoli. Purtroppo, non è permesso l'accesso a tutte (credo che dividano per struttura o colore di braccialetto) Questo non mi è stato spiegato, quindi, cercando quella più tranquilla, sono andata in una piscina e sono stata cacciata, solo dopo, nella reception mi hanno spiegato che non tutte le piscine erano per tutti e solo in quel momento mi hanno dato il braccialetto. Nelle piscine ci sono bagnini, ma non tutti fanno rispettare le regole, sono finita in una piscina "più calma" dove i ragazzi (ventenni) si tuffavano e schizzando, e giocavano pala in piscina dando fastidio a tutti, davanti allo sguardo del bagnino che non si è mai mosso. Al nostro arrivo la cassetta di sicurezza era guasta e non hanno potuto risolvere in nessun modo.

The hotel is in need of a refit in key areas. We initially stayed in the bungalows which need new bathrooms and doors fixing. After the flooding we moved to the Riverside rooms and these were a million times better! Bar and restaurant areas need a refresh.

This was the first time my family and i visited Greece we loved it the hotel was amazing it actually blew me away the reception was excellent the cleaning was top the food was mind blowing, when i posted pictures got great feedback i have definitely recommended this hotel to everyone my daughter loved her stay as this was a surprise holiday for her we used most facilities especially the pools.We're planning the next one already. Thanks for the great hospitality 😁

Great stay at the hotel once again, the facilities are great and the staff are exceptionally polite and very helpful. Great banter with them especially the entertainment staff! Only thing I’d say is the food is not great and maybe some more evening entertainment.

This hotel is rated a 3 star and that is being generous. The beds were hard as a rock. The shower was so tiny my husband barely fit. There were no pool towels provided so bring your own. All inclusive alcoholic drinks were absolutely terrible. Only one buffet and the food was pretty much the same every day. We ate out a lot because after two days I was sick of their mediocre food. The parking is a LONG walk away from the hotel. This could be a problem if you are older or have trouble walking a half mile in 90 degree heat. Entertainment was nothing special and people don’t watch their kids so they kept getting on the stage while performances were going. 🙄 Overall was pretty disappointed with everything and honestly I’m not that hard to please. The spa was nice and we were pleased with our massages. The beach is decent. You have to pay for wifi which is totally ridiculous! I give this place a 1 star and set your expectations low.

Great value for money and family friendly
Excellent value for money, very clean and all staff very kind and professional. Perfect location for family with kids, as everything is within a 2 minutes walk from the room: the beach, the slides and the pools, and the restaurant. Food is good quality, and it is easy with kids as there is a variety of choices and with self service no need to wait. Our stay was also slightly stressful one night as a group of Dutch people in their late 20s were very loud and drunk and kept very loud tecno music in their room until 5am, but the staff helped us to make them quite down and this did not repeat anymore - this was not responsibility of the hotel and they dealt professionally with the situation. Within 20 minutes walk there is a little village with very nice restaurants on the beach for people that want to eat out a few nights.
