Isabella Country House was a beautiful end to my vacation. The property is located in a quiet relaxing oasis with a swimming pool and lovely gardens. I had a wonderful time at Isabella and highly recommend to anyone visiting Kerkyra! ❤️

Isabella is a fantastic place to stay, clean quiet and yet close to Gouvia and Corfu town. Loved the comfortable rooms and lovely pool and gardens. The Manager Konstantinos was very helpful and if recommend hiring a car with him as they do excellent deals. Fantastic stay.

Had a great stay with the family! Excellent location close to Gouvia and we loved the spacious room with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Konstantinos the manager was really helpful with some great tips on places to visit and restaurants- also he arranged a great car hire deal for us! Excellent stay.

Our second stay at Isabella, and we were not disappointed- beautiful unique property set in lovely gardens and only 15mins stroll to lovely Gouvia
We loved the pool and quiet gardens, and it was the perfect place for a family celebration Birthday- Konstantinos the manager was amazing and helped organise cake and bubbly he also sorted us an amazing deal on car hire!!
Rooms are clean and comfortable and it’s the perfect spot to explore Corfu- well connected to get to the Airport and into Corfu town by bus or taxi- highly recommend this beautiful place.

The gardens and pool area were lovely. Unfortunately we had a smelly drain in the bathroom. The air conditioning leaked water over the balcony so you got wet feet if you sat outside.
We arrived at 18.30 on the Saturday, which we had emailed reception to let them know. When we arrived reception was closed and noone was about. A member of staff then ambled over and told us off because she didnt know we were arriving. There was no proper check in process. We were asked if we wanted breakfast on sunday so we said yes. When we were finally checked in on Monday it turned out breakfast was 10 euro per person per day which hadn't been explained to us and wasn't written anywhere. It felt like a sneaky tax and away of exploiting us.

Hello Dear Sir/Madame,
Thank you for the review.
In every room there is a piece of paper with some general information about the room and also for the breakfast, that it costs 10 EUR/person. All the information was written in this paper.
If you had read it more carefully, you would have seen it.
The reason we asked you if you wanted breakfast was because on Sundays all the supermarkets are closed so you wouldn't be able to buy something and fix it by yourself. We didn't want to deceive you. If the breakfast was free, it would be included in the price, so you would know.
Unfortunatelly we don't have 24/24 reception since Isabella Country House is not a hotel but rented apartments.
The thing is, that when you arrived, someone came to show you the room, so this is what matters.
About the smelly drain in the bathroom and the water from the air condition, it would be good if you had informed us during your stay and not after you left so we could find a solution.
We feel bad that we didn't know all these during your stay, because we would be able to do something so you would be satisfied.
Despite these factors, we hope that you enjoyed your vacation in Corfu and that you have kept some good memories from this island.

This place is lovely. It's situated in a really quiet area only 20 minutes from Corfu town. The room was really clean, the garden really well maintained and the pool is a great addition! Everyone was really friendly, especially Irini who suggested some amazing places in the island to visit and Robbie, the friendliest dog you will ever meet!

WALKING DISTANCE TO SHOPS/RESTAURANTS AND BEACH
Posted 10 Jul 2016FANTASTIC. Pretty gardens with lovely clean pool ,plenty of sunbeds/umbrellas. Charming , helpful Irini on reception with cheerful Angela in charge of cleaning. Nothing was too much trouble, Irini even drove us to the local supermarket on the first day .The (spotlessly clean) two bed apt was exactly like the photos and we had such a comfortable, peaceful and delightful stay. I would certainly recommend Isabella Country House and have every intention of visiting again. Ten min walk along a country lane to a large supermarket and extra 5 min walk onwards to restaurants/cafes/tourist shops and the beach (7 euruos for 2 sun beds and umbrella for the day! , plenty of boat trips) Taxi was 25 Euros from airport and same for Corfu Town visit. Gouvia is small, quiet and not for the late teens/twenty somethings who want to party!
