Room view is great, but very poor for the price, beds are not comfortable, the room was an a poor conditions, not taking care. Try to communicate with the front desk was difficult.
Better places to check in Carlos Paz.

The property was very noisy with people shouting and yelling and running around the corridors. The breakfast was very limited and the evening meal choices were very poor. The meal we did order was sent back

Hello Fiona, we are very sorry to read this review. High season, we receive many families, most of them with children, that's because maybe the propertie was noisy for you. I'm very sorry that we couldn't speak during your stay, so maybe we could have the opportunity to talk and see how to compensate if it were something that was not according to what was expected.

Very Nice Hotel , if you want to be relax w good service this’s the place !
Breakfast its ok , Night Mexican Dinner very good !
Yacuzzi in the Room was perfect , very confortable Room ! Thanks !
