The location was great, felt very safe, the place had everything needed, and was very clean. The only drawback were the doors to the balcony needing new rollers, very difficult to open and close.

Property was as advertised. Safe and secure. There could have been better attention to the cleanliness of the property. There were evident fingerprints, dust and grime around the unit.

It is very central and clean. However, as per what others also wrote, serious attention needs to be given to the bed. Despite the letting agents being friendly and sending emails to ask if they could help with anything, my replies with issues/questions went totally unanswered.

Comfortable studio flat, close to city centre
Posted 15 Sep 2018The handover went smoothly, the managing agents had tried to contact us the day before about switching properties, but the alternative we stayed in was definitely not inferior to the one we had booked. A short walk from the agency office and we were in. The security swipe card system was very robust and every effort was made for us to be comfortable, including being able to leave our luggage in the property prior to official check-in time.
