Stayed one night in a 3rd floor room so the elevator was essential. We appreciated that staff helped us with our bags into the elevator. Room was clean. King bed was comfortable. AC quiet. All in all very satisfactory. Would return.

I liked the location with lots of dining options. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the immediate area outside this hotel looked rundown with pavement in bad condition.

Have to wait for hours for the “airport shuttle” and then the driver is reckless (driving 20 mph over speed limit while using cell phone. Hotel advertises breakfast but it is very poor. Seems like owners do no care here.

The Breakfast Choices we offer are; Coffee, Tea, Milk, 3 Kinds of Juices, 2 Kinds of Yogurts, 2 Kinds of Bread, Waffles, Butter, Oatmeal, two kinds of Cereal, 2 Kinds of Fruit, I believe these are industry standard items for a Complementary Continental breakfast. The the toilet was still soiled from whoever was there last, there was food in the microwave, vomit outside. It made me question how clean the sheets and towels were even though they were folded nicely. Breakfast was a joke- literally just pre packaged muffins and yogurt - toaster didn't even work, no creamer for coffee, just a complete lack of anything.
