Problem with bath tub faucet in first room had to change rooms then it was fine.

Air conditioning did not work. Couldn’t sleep because of how hot the room was.

Jaelen, I am so sorry to hear that the AC was not functioning at the time, during your stay. Our thermostats are based off of activity in the room, but I will absolutely get with the maintenance team to make sure there is nothing else going on. Thank you for sharing about this.
