Motel called to cancel my reservation when I was 15 minutes away, saying they had overbooked and gave the room to someone else. I had called to confirm the reservation 6 hours earlier. I’m still waiting for my money back from Expedia, which I trust they will return.

Staff were rude and unavailable for long periods of time. Reserved a double queen and got two double beds. Only one towel in a room for three people. No plastic cups in room. Had a table in the kitchenette with no chairs. Tub was stained and mold on the shower curtain. Key didn’t work the second day and staff were not In the front reception area for over half an hour. Several people waiting to check in. Then she came in from the back room and said she had other things to do when asked why she wasn’t manning the desk.

This place is a nightmare. Absolutely horrible. Dirty and not safe. Drug and prostitution activity. When there is a cop parked in the parking lot and doing rounds all night that's not a good sign. Stay away!!

Was only there for 2 nights yet my room key stopped working 3 times. Spent multiple hours in line at the front desk to get it fixed. Multiple people were lined up to cancel/refund their reservation as they were given rooms (and key to these rooms) that were already occupied, multiple people lined up for towels that were not provided in the rooms (the lady told them they ran out and didn’t help them), and the one front desk lady would disappear for a long time leaving everybody helpless. I never received my deposit back. My room had somebody’s underwear left in it. During the Friday of my stay there were prostitutes all over the place. Lots of yelling outside at night. NEVER EVER GO HERE!!!!!!!

There was smell ofnweed everywhere as if only junkies live in the hotel. It was dirty with vomit on the hallways and the room was nasty, the bathtub it almost made me throw up. Please stay away from this property
