When I arrived in this hotel from a taxi, I was told that the this location has been converted to a COVID treatment center for months. This was a total shock to me: How could Expedia allows me to complete the booking process for this hotel just like any other hotels? I was forced to find anther hotel on spot to survive a night. What a horrible experience.

They canceled my stay in the same day and i need Find another hotel ,made me crazy and a paíd a lot money for the dates

It was extremely uncleanliness and nasty and horrible customer service

Inadequate staff. One gentleman was running around working hard but one person is not adequate to manage the property. Issue with vagrants on property. Lock on door broken from what appears a break-in at an earlier date. Toilet paper holder and towel bars broken. Furniture in terrible shape. No cable tv. No amenities. On positive note, sheets, towels, bathroom all were clean.
