There was a wifi connection problem with his laptop. It can be solved by clearing the cache of his browser. But he checked out early in order to have better connection in another hotel. We rejected his requirement for refund which was based on untrue excuses. We would have solved his connection problem in a matter of mins if he had contacted me before checkout.

For the price The place is good if you just want to have a place to rest and sleep, the place is clean.

I don't know why he said "wasn't very nice". He is a returning guest, he has made 3 bookings. his next booking is coming up soon. Apparently he likes this place very much.

this is a joke ..dark basement room with no fire exit and only a mattress on the floor . I can't believe expedia would have this on their site

there is an emergency exit right beside the bed. this basement suite has no windows, but well lit. You could have an option to switch to a suite with windows at ground level. Please ask if you don't like this one.

deceiving, dirty, not attentive, construction and painting without prior notice, shower is broken for 4 days.

shower area was taken out of service for 24 hours due to maintenance work. Painting was done in common area only, guests had very little inconvenience.

Very mediocre at best.
Posted 18 Aug 2019 on HotelsThe house is about 6 kms from major shopping centers so you need a car. Owner asked for $15/night for my 2 year old son up front which is unheard of in any hotel setting, even he didn't offer any mattress or bedding for him after charging us. No Iron in the room. The whole house needs serious cleaning and dusting. There was a charge for using the washer and dryer but we could not locate them anywhere in the house or garage. We stayed there for 14 days, he never offered any sort of cleaning or replacing the sheets as they do in hotels instead he charged us $40 cleaning fee, I told him that I would clean but he said he has his own standards(😀)

False advertisement and shady business practice.

The owner/operator doesn't advertise the fact that you'll be sleeping on a mattress on the hard floor instead of a bed. To add insult to injury, you'll be sleeping in a questionable "basement". This space isn't even a basement. You'll also be surprised with a $40 cleaning fee on top of your rate. All in all, it was a disappointment.
Don't book if you value your comfort and sanity.

I was kinda expecting something a bit more ‘cozy’. What i ended up getting was a very very hard mattress on the floor of a sorta creepy basement room with no windows. If you’re looking just for a place to sleep, it’s good enough.
Just don’t expect to be overly comfortable.
