Nice condo stay at Copper

Very nice stay - basic but very clean and comfortable room (Murphy bed was not as comfortable as a regular one but good enough).

Check-in process wasn’t great; wasn’t given the correct access instructions for the garage nor the garage code. No WiFi password provided. Had to make multiple calls to get the information. Room was listed as studio with queen bed, but the bed was a Murphy bed and not comfortable. Overall it was clean and quiet and it’s nice to have garage parking. Not a lot around in the area which wasn’t my main reason for staying there- it was my half-way point to another destination.

Comfortable with a view

It was a cute and quiet hotel. My room had a Murphy bed, so that was a first...but pretty cool. And the view was remarkable. Could have sipped coffee there all morning.

The refrigerator and coffee pot did not work in our room. I notified the front desk. They fixed the fridge the following day, but all the food we brought had already spoiled. They never fixed the coffee pot so we couldnt make coffee the whole time. Our window didn’t have a screen, which I also told the front desk. We had gnats and a wasp in our room the whole time, and had to keep the window open because there isn’t air conditioning. We were extremely disappointed in the quality of the room and the management’s lack of caring. We will not stay here again.

We apologize for the maintenance issues and that we were unable to resolve them during your stay. My understanding is we would normally offer a credit to replace the groceries, so we definitely missed an opportunity to remedy the situation while you were still staying with us. We would be happy to extend a credit towards a future stay if you would like to give us another chance.

Room had a smell when we entered, we opened the windows and it cleared up. The check-in staff did not know the correct gargle code. I called someone else and they still didn't. I had to ask another guest, they gave me the code and told me I had been given the old code

Clean and comfortable

Good place to stay. However know that you need to go to the clubhouse to get your room keys. Also the garage code given by the front desk was incorrect. Talked with a neighbor and got the correct answer. Overall was convenient to area and room was clean and comfortable.

Perfect spot right near heart of it all at Copper

The Telemark is in a fabulous location! It’s so close to the village and ski lifts, about 5-8 min walk. The rooms say kitchenette but really do have a full size appliances. The hot tub facility is very nice. The rooms are comfy and have everything you need. Great place to stay with a group of friends or family. Onsite parking is great. And the fact that you can use the athletic club and spa is perfect! We checked out of our hotel and skied all day and got to hit the spa for a shower before catching a red eye. It was fantastic. This is where I would stay when I come back to Copper. Note: you need to check in at the main lodging center vs the property itself.

This was my 1st time at Copper. Kind of liked it. Was considering buying a ski pass. Then I got an unknown charge on my card and had to call the switchboard to find out I was being nickled and dimed. This was the low season. No rush to turn rooms!
