First off, property management office is in Dillon and requires a credit card on file for "incidentals", despite me having booked and paid through Expedia. You will also need to physically go to their office in Dillon (~15 miles from the property) to pick up hotel style keys. Besides this inconvenience the condo was old and outdated and it was difficult to tell the last time a vacuum was run in there. It was convenient to the ski hill, but otherwise 0/10, do not recommend spending that much money for such poor management and dirty conditions.

This and every guest is sent an email at booking and 5 days before their stay stating check in instructions. This property is on a hotel key card system and does require you stop at our office on the way to Copper. They did not ready any of the emails send and were upset with us when they got to Copper and realized that they had not followed instructions provided and had to drive back 10 min to pick up their check in packet. The rest of the comments I feel descend from that frustration and are completely unfounded. We wish you the best, however we did provide multiple contacts that stated the process for check in.

Desperation, but ABSOLUTELY not worth $1k/night
Posted 27 Feb 2023 on HotelsI needed soft horizontal surfaces for 8 people to sleep on, and one of them had to be main floor with bathroom access for elderly, in a convenient location for Copper. That is what I got.
So many lights were just burned out. Several others were unplugged for some reason, so we stumbled around trying to find things when we got there the first night. Most of the heaters had drapes that blocked them so the place was freezing until we moved them.
The beds creaked a LOT.
Bedroom with full bath had one switch for vanity and shower/toilet, so when anyone went to the toilet at night, the light in the vanity in the bedroom would turn on too. That sink drained so slowly that there was a constant film of toothpaste, shaving cream and hair. The grout around the toilet was degrading which means there's for sure pee in that grout.
The single shower seemed held together with caulk.
The water temperature fluctuations were actually dangerous for the elderly.
The stairs up to two bedrooms are frighteningly worn and warped. No small kids or old people up there.
The garbage disposal didn't work, which we didn't learn until cleaning up dinner. We even climbed under the sink to try to reset it. We scooped it out, but the smell remained.
Were told offsite parking had a kiosk, but there wasn't and the lot said "no overnight" so we worried about car being towed. Finally asked other condo for a parking tag.
Embarrassed to have brought whole family here.

There were two lightbulbs out in the kitchen. We went ahead and replace them in the slow drain, was resolved with some Drano. The guest failed to reach out and ask us to handle these while she was there, and chose to complain about it afterwards. She also locked herself out of the bathroom several times and we had to go over to get her out so I'm not sure why she didn't ask for it then Instead of just complaining about it, the stairs will certainly take a look at

HEADS UP!!
Posted 3 Jan 2021 on Hotels..this place was filthy. Floors not swept, linen NOT changed ( full of hairs ), shower floors disgusting; we had to call housekeeping on new years eve to take care of it.
COVID-19 started in CO in this ski resorts and Rocky Mountain Resort Management ( renter) seems not to care about that fact providing lodging this mediocre.
