It was dirty. Theybsais its non smoking. It reaked of smoke. I have been sick and slin itched a lot. I have no voice.
The towels were gross and they used towel as mat.
First night, the alarms went off.
Next morning the crime seen was there.
A FULL REFUND IS IN ORDER.

Hi Good day Sorry for the inconvenience caused. As you mentioned the issues you had, You were staying with us for 3 Nights. You could have come to us the very next day of your stay & we could have sorted the issues you faced. As you mention the towel used as mat, We provide a different Bath Math in all the rooms with is only used a Bath Math. About the other stuff you mentioned, Incidents happen. Our Guest Safety is priority, One of our guest had a medical Issue the same night, We need to make a call for that, Once again we are rally very sorry for the inconvenience caused.
