This was the most beautiful condo we have ever stayed in. The fantastic location, historical relevance and unique design of the unit made for an unbelievable experience. Dennis was extremely helpful. If we ever return to Copenhagen, we will certainly be inquiring about staying here again. In short, you will feel like royalty if you stay here.

Dear Peter, many thanks for your kind review. It’s a shame that you booked with the wrong expectations. As you were aware at the time of booking and accordingly to our correspondence, this is an extremely high end self service apartment. I am surprised that you’re mentioning the check in and check out times as you arrived late evening and left early the following morning.
Check in is from 10:00 which is better than almost all hotels. Check out is at 10:00 which is due to our apartment being 10 times larger than normal hotel rooms, (which only get a quick 20min makeover), whereas we take proud in having the cleanest rooms and apartments in all of Copenhagen. Regarding the prices, you were four adults at a cheaper rate than you could have booked at any centrally located hotel. We cater for families and travelers who desire to have an outstanding experience in the most prestige location in Copenhagen with all the amenities of an ultra luxury apartment with the privacy you cannot get at hotels and super easy promptly self service check in and check out, at prices being a fraction of a hotel.
Once again, many thanks for staying with us, a shame that you had been misinformed by your travel vendor.

Gorgeous apartment!
Posted 3 May 2019 on HotelsMy husband and I stayed here with another couple. The place is very large, gorgeously decorates, very well located, and spotlessly clean. With 2 large bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms (beautifully redone), it was very comfortable for 4 people. The location can’t be beat — right next to the royal palace and just a few minutes walk to the center of downtown. Would definitely recommend this apartment. Such a treat to stay here!

Il s'agit d'une location d'appartement et non d'un "hôtel sans réception". Cette précision étant posée l'appartement est très bien situé, luxueux et confortable.

Fantastisk sted,perfekt beliggenhet.Eneste minus er at man må være ute av leiligheten kl.10 på avreisedagen.Utsjekking kl.12 hadde vært perfekt.

Super lækker lejlighed, masser af plads, godt indrettet, stille omgivelser og centralt beliggende.
Vi var meget tilfredse med vores ophold.
Foreslag; Et tv ville være en god investering. Endvidere så skal viceværten have smurt indgangsporten, den knirker meget højt når den lukker op og i, lyden går direkte ind i det ene soveværelse.
