We weren’t happy with the people that work there. They seemed very fake and it made us uncomfortable. We waited in the waiting area for our room after a long travel day so we were resting while we had to wait for our room since they didn’t have early check in, one of the owners (I assume) kept creeping into the room where my brother was laying down many times I should’ve spoken up and said something but it made me uncomfortable and upset. It was just rude. And all of a sudden, a man we hadn’t spoken to said our room was ready which was fine but it was giving they wanted us out of the waiting room. We would never stay here again.

Our room and bathroom were much smaller than expected, and the amenities were lacking

We first stayed for three nights and then returned two weeks later for four. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced in comparison to everything around there. The neighborhood was quiet with great access to Rosenborg Castle its park and all the walking street has to offer. Lots of good restaurants close by. A bit of a walk from the metro, 8-10 minutes but other than that we had a wonderful stay.

You get what you pay for - basic facilities in an old hotel which is currently being refurbished. Room needs modernising with a new bathroom as a bit tired. Beds were comfy and clean.
Staff very welcoming and helpful, breakfast ok, walking distance to centre.

Parking discount was not available when we stayed which was the only negative.
