I enjoyed the location close to the Tivoli Garden and the walking street plus within closeness to all major sights.
Plus a very accommodation staff.

In a perfect location, next to many shops and the metro. Easy to get to from the airport. Room was spacious

Felt it was dated. No water in room and thought breakfast was complimentary and it wasn’t

Room itself was average to small size. A lot of construction going on near our room, but was quiet during our stay there.

This property is rated 4 stars, for the price you could find better value at mecure and newer. Locations is great on front of water. It’s an old style hotel, it’s very clean, rooms need an update, no black out curtains or sound barrier in our room. The breakfast is great, other than that I wouldn’t stay there again, as there better modern properties at the same or less price.

Dear Chris, as much as we appreciate your feedback I must admit I do not recognize the hotel being 'on front of water'. Hotel Alexandra is located on the H. C. Andersen Boulevard - not near water. Internet was terrible, intermitent at best, for all the stay during 3 days.

Well located in the center of town, easily accessible by Metro from the airport. Very pleasant hotel all-around.

Great location. Breakfast is not included, very expensive. Don’t get breakfast here.
