Excellent staff. Very Hospitable and caring. We arrived at 11 and check in time was 3. They still gave us rooms which was much needed since we had 14 hrs flight..

I booked and paid for a suite. They decided they did not want to honor my reservation and gave me 2 regular rooms instead. Staff was not kind. I don’t recommend.

Good place to stay, and walking distance to Tivioli. Hopon /Hopoff stop, right out side front door

Excellent location, very friendly(if not enough) staff, food v.good, response to dead and broken room safe slow to resolve, no response to request for non-slip bathmat (both clients 70 ), non-functioning basin plug, empty (3 days) shampoo dispenser. Generally not up to 5* standard ref room maintenance.
