The location was good. The room service had to be booked everyday by 9.00pm for the following day. Bed linen is changed every 4th day and room service did not include the beds being made.

The rooms were tiny and bathroom floods as its a wet room style. Beds were comfortable and wifi was strong. Unsure on heating ad couldnt work it out. But rooms were comfortable and warm. Lifts a nightmare as too many guests in the building.

We arrived very early 12pm, check is was at 3pm. Waited around until 2:40pm to check in which was ok.
First room we checked into have small insects crawling in the sink. Reported to reception and they changed our room to a replica on a different floor.
New room had no issue. We wasn’t offered any other incentives with this experience just a simple apology.
Overall the new room “standard room” is small but built for purpose for our two day trip. Shower is combined with the toilet so it is an all in one wet floor however there is a curtain to separate toilet from shower. Water pressure was good. Soap bar and shampoo/body gel supplied.
Double bed was very comfortable and access to open window was great especially as at times it did feel claustrophobic for two adults.
Check the room size before you pay. We wanted a cheap place to rest our head and this was a great option. If you want a standard hotel room size choose the room bigger than “standard room” for more space.
We did not have breakfast but it was on offer for 99DKK.
The station is behind the hotel, next door to the hotel is ikea and massive shopping centre with restaurants and a Lidl inside. City centre is walkable which we did or you can get the train 3 stops to reach it.
Overall good stay despite the first room having said issues.
