A lot of noise from the street. Room was very basic. No hangers or shelves for clothing. Shower was very small with a poor water supply. I was on the top floor with only stair access: not a problem for me, but not suitable for anyone with problems climbing stairs.
The location of this property is excellent, within easy walking distance of train station, metro and Tivoli.

Digital check in via the app was easy and quick.
Getting into the room was a bit frustrating but managed to get there in the end.

Checking in was a very frustrating experience. Calling the help number was a dead end. When we finally got checked in, the rooms were still being cleaned, sheets on the floor in the hallway etc. Our room had food crumbs on the chair and a very stained grubby carpet, and mysterious brown stains in the bathroom. The fridge was so foul smelling that we couldn’t use it. Mattress was old and saggy. Entire bathroom was covered in water after using the shower. Loud and noisy from hallway and outside. Definitely not a place I would recommend.

Many things to be renovated/fixed - low cost
Posted 21 Aug 2024 on HotelsBudget hotel, no towels ready in rooms, electricity was not working in room, mold stinking in hallway, bed was updated more than decade ago. Not for handicapped. Warm water from showers though!
