Very clean hotel. Good check in. I paid £300 for a 2 night stay so not cheap! Rooms were tiny with no view. No kettle in room or any glasses. No wardrobe either 2 coat hangers each were supplied. They also did not deliver towels to our room when requested at reception. Overall i would not stay at this hotel again. It was very expensive to be so basic!
Also had to pay to keep our bags in the luggage room aswell upon check out!

Excellent hotel, Small rooms but your only in there to sleep! Towels, soap and shower gel all provided. Slept well every night. Breakfast was continental but perfectly adequate. Staff very helpful, luggage storage available if you arrive before check in or have a later flight home. Walking distance to Nyhavn great location.

It was a great area, and the hotel was good. We didn't realise that we had to request that our room be serviced, so that would've been great to know in advance. The stay was great beside a large outdoor spotlight, I believe, coming from the Hotel premises, which was kept on all night and shone directly into our room, which meant it was a very bright room. Area is great very convenient to all things around Copenhagen.

Tiny room but great location.
Rooms are tiny, we were travelling for one month around the Nordic countries, so we had big luggage and we barely fit in the room. We did not have the same issues on any other place we stayed.
The hotel is very well located around main attractions.

Positives: Location, is perfect. Nyhavn, the Palace, shopping, Rosenberg Castle all within a 10 minute walk. Its location and pricing is the great thing about this hotel.
Negatives: check in was manic and long and the self service was not working for anyone.
There is no bar but a very small coffee station served for by the check in staff.
The rooms are extremely small, no storage, you have to climb over your partner to get in and out of bed.
All dignity goes out of the window if you need the toilet, as your room mate/partner can hear everything as there is only a sliding door and frosted glass between you.
Overall: We had an amazing time. It was a super popular hotel with tourists, but I would not stay again for a return visit.
