"Amazing apartment for me , my husband and our 2 young children. The management were so welcoming and very helpful. We stayed over Christmas and we had a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment which was perfect for us very spacious and clean. There was also a play area outside our apartment for our girls to run about and play. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much 😊 "

"Cute apartment. Came with small children so it isn’t really soundproof well for the neighbours below. Also, our apartment was at the top. Be prepare to carry your luggages up. Other than that, easy access around, communication with host is easy and neighborhood was pretty quiet when we were there."

"The location was perfect. We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do. It was amazing. The only complaint was the extremely uncomfortable bed. It was tolerable for the first couple of nights, but as time went on it got worse and worse. If your trip is a short one (2-3 nights tops), it would probably be fine. Over a week was rough for us. "

"The property was great and communication was good. The main problem is having to give a deposit prior to arriving. Given the options, it’s basically impossible for a US citizen that doesn’t have a UK bank account or credit card. The only way we could do it was to get someone we knew in the UK to pay it. "Long black hair in the bed , surrounding area horribly dirty , a dumping ground outside your window , Apartment was ok ..A little pricey and couldn't understand how there was every cleaning product there to clean the place but absolutely nothing to use to wash yourself ..No soap of any kind "

"We loved it. Lots of stairs but the apartment was beautiful and in a great area!"

"Clean and safe and good space for a family. Only downside was we found it a bit noisy at night so ear plugs were needed"

"As a family of 4, it was perfect. It was clean and fresh. The location was good for touring the area. The communication was perfect between the owners and ourselves. I would return and recommend. "

"Location was convenient to downtown in the SSE arena. Check in was a bit challenging as the suggested temporary parking spots were full and seemed to be full the entire time during our week long stay. Location is between two train tracks but we didn't notice much noise from the trains during our stay. A bottle of wine and some crisps were left as welcome gifts which was very nice. More attention could be paid to cleaning as we did find some used towels in a dresser drawer and in a closet....

"First impression the property was good near a Spar supermarket and walkable to the centre maybe 15 mins. A comedy club and night life in walking distance . The facilities were good for cooking . My main problem was the TV kept losing signal didn’t manage to watch one programme throughout and the main bedroom had a damp smell. as there was a damp patch on the bedroom wall that needs treating and you could smell it also it being a health hazard.
