"The property was nice and centrally located. Old Town was moments away as well as parks. The room was clean and they set up the expectation that you get room service every 3 days. In the standard room with a balcony there is a kitchenette that does not include a sink but the bathroom is directly off of the kitchenette making it easy to do dishes with the supplied soap and sponge. We only used the pool once during our stay as we had excursions planned but it was kept clean and there were plenty...

"Great location, 20 minutes from Old Town, 10 minutes from Universitate metro, but on a busy road so you may want to keep the windows shut. Fortunately there is efficient air conditioning (controlled by a remote). Clean, comfortable, with a small kitchenette (fridge, sink, microwave, kettle). I kept the blinds closed against the heat and the workmen outside, and then found the lighting a little dim. Brighter bulbs and/or a bedside light would be welcome."

It’ll sometimes drop for no reason, and won’t appear on WiFi for a little while. Secondly, I’m uncertain that they change the door pass code. I usually ask for the bedroom key so that I can lock it at night and also when I go out. "

"Iarca inn is a wonderfully advanced apartment hotel. All check in and entering/leaving are technically efficient, but the apartment is very well appointed with cooking and laundry facilities. I wish my time here would have been longer. It's very secure, but died require a car and Internet proficiency to make the best use of this great property. Thank you for an excellent stay. "We were 3 , I , my wife and my daughter , all the things went on perfectly in this hotel. It is so close to metro , you can easily visit and sightsee the city via using metro. Room was perfect , it had kitchen to let us prepare our baby's meal easily , and also room has washing machine which we used a lot during our stay. Personel was so kind and helpful during our requests."

The property was nice, and in a great location, but the Rembrandt front desk has very little authority over Windmill, which appears to be run by managers behind the curtain.
