Old, tired, internet service so slow I could not work remote, waited for 40 mins for food then they forgot.. lift is the slowest, waiting continually, breakfast poor quality and limited.
Pool is micro size and not that clean.

The facility was not what we expected according to the price we paid per night. Bathroom had a strange distribution and was a bit hard to move inside because the door was almost hitting the lavatory, matress was in a bad condition, AC was leaking inside the room and towels were not changed even though we ask them several times after 6 nights in the hotel. We reserved two rooms and unfortunately both were in the same condition.

They could improve their pillows… other than that it was amazing

The hotel is very central the breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly and helpful. My only concern was the renovations taking place and not being informed when we checked in.. the location is amazing easy walking distance to Copacabana beach and all the sights
