Clean and well ventilated rooms. Good selection of movie channels. Excellent value.

Easy to find, cheap and clean. Rooms are older but great for the price. Everything needed for a quick stay

What a pleasant surprise! While the motel is surrounded by industrial landscape, it's 3 minutes drive from Coos's lovely downtown. It's located in quite a noisy intersection, but the noise subsided completely around 9 pm. There was no need for a/c because of the cool weather. The fan did the job. GREAT find for the price. Receptionist a bit grumpy, but efficient.

Spent one night here. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Other than the person living in their car outside my door, it was Ok I think I had semi permanent residences next door as there was a lot of in and out for awhile
Room was clean. Suited my needs as a quick night to sleep.

We appreciate your input! We do have weekly rates that help people that are staying for extended stays, but there is a limit to how long a customer can stay at the Motel. By your description, it sounds like the man "living in his car" and the traffic from the next door room are the same person. The traffic was probably him packing his car as he checked out the next day, and he was very respectful of our non smoking rules and so smoked in his car and not in our rooms.I'm glad that you enjoyed your stay and I appreciate the good score!

The property is a little old and worn down, and lacks amenities. That being said, the beds were clean and comfortable. Overall it was a good value for the price.

The building has been around since the 1960's, and has been updated and maintained proudly since then. This very year it was newly painted, and has been updated with new CUSTOM showers rivaling the quality of even our most expensive competition. All rooms have also been tiled.Our amenities are as advertised, and if services that are not advertised are expected, a customer will be disappointed at any business they go to. Our amenities do include TV with HBO, ESPN, and a multitude of cable channels, free wifi, a fridge and microwave in every room (which is not a guarantee with even some of our more expensive competitors), a coffee maker with complimentary coffee, a fan in a brisk and windy city next to the bay, and basic bathing supplies. All of this at a very competitive rate for the Coos Bay, North Bend, Charleston, and Bandon area! Thanks for pointing out that it's great on the budget!
