Shower had not been cleaned in some time. Hairs on my bed.

Its a clean room, couple small bars of soap, *squeaky springs* bed and shower for the night. Nothing special. The shower had hot water and great pressure. I was very thankful they had a clothes dryer on the property- but it would have been nice to not have to pay extra for it. They were very nice, checked on us with a phone call after we checked in to see if everything was ok and let me borrow a hair dryer from the front desk when I asked. Overall- it was a good deal for the one night stay that our family needed.

Paid for 4 nights. Was refunded my last night since the advertisement said they had a hot tub but they don’t. Someone decided to knock on our door and then just open it before checking to see if we were staying another night. Woke my kids up. They should have double checked instead of just barging it. Very rude and unprofessional! Anyone that rented the room above us constantly stomped and ran across from side to side. I’ve never been to a place that had disrespectful people renting the upstairs. The manager said she can’t do anything about any of it but just refund my last night. I’ll definitely be going elsewhere next time. I want to add that they did offer to switch our room but I had two kids with me with a ton of stuff. We had to tough it out.

The place was clean and easy to find. I did not like that there was no soap or shampoo.
