Half of motel is undergoing complete refurbishment but the rest of the rooms are below standard
Might be lovely when construction is finished but should close down until that time

This is a charming Motel but very dated. The Refurb is urgently needed.

Turned up and got the key, unlocked door and it was not the room booked. Went back to reception and she said it was already booked. No offer for a refund on the price difference. I asked why would it let me book if it was not avialable ? As I booked it over two weeks ago. I just got a blank look. Arranged another room and received a refund of the difference. Turns out they had contractors booked in for multiple nights so they gave them the larger apartment. Would have been nice to be told before getting the key and discovering it by opening the door. Nice after a 8 hour drive.

Was in a guiet location with good access and parking. Units are dated but comfortable and provided very good value for money for a basic overnight stay while road tripping.
