Very friendly staff, upgraded room free of charge to a newly renovated room, one of the best hotel rooms I have ever stayed in, the most comfiest bed highly recommend

Nice and quiet. Close to perisher. Lots of food and other essentials nearby. Place itself ok for the price.

The newly renovated room is modern and clean, with a great view of the mountains. The facilities are complete and all new, and the staff is very friendly. However, the sound insulation of the room is not very good, and the shower in the room we stayed in had very low water pressure and the temperature was inconsistent.
