Very quiet with friendly staff. lots of off-street parking
NO WIFI
Room clean but very dated and compact.
Outside building and grounds very rundown. Weeds everywhere. Outside furniture very dirty. Gardener and handyman needed

Very nice and clean accommodation at a budget price,

Very unprofessional, didn’t have our reservation due to overbooking.
The reception decor is in much need of updating, never saw the rooms.

Some guests can become very impatient, and due to technical issues as outlines in our previous response the problem came from the site which you made your booking through, unlike making it in person errors are likely to occur.

We appreciate some feedback we'll try and improve for next time, sometimes our guests don't read signage placed in the rooms which creates an easier get away at the checkout.
