Our first experience staying at a traditional inn with an innkeeper. It was such a unique and wonderful experience.
The room was really beautiful.
We usually stay at regular hotels so this was a real treat.
Breakfast was one of the best we have ever had with freshly prepared gourmet dishes by great staff.
I will say on the evenings, there were a group of people congregated in the dining room playing loud videos on their laptop. I wasn't quite clear if they were guests or not but it really was a bit out of place with the property. We were sitting in the lounge attempting to enjoy the surroundings and having a quiet drink in the evening and this situation made it impossible to completely relax.
Small blip in an otherwise perfect stay.

They were here for a family reunion and I think they got so caught up in their time together they didn't realize there were others trying to enjoy some peace. We do ask that people be mindful of other guests, which usually people are. We hope to see you again in the future.

Very quaint facility and location. Walking distance to downtown Conway. Only 15 min drive to CCU. Have stayed here multiple times and never a complaint. WIll stay here again.

The property was beautiful but could use some updating. We really appreciated the refreshments, but did not like the fact that there was no refrigerator in the room. The bed was uncomfortable, could have used a mattress topper or a new mattress. Otherwise, we had a good experience.

Thank you for your feedback. Our inn is supposed to look historic and although we do paint or wallpaper the rooms as needed, we stick to the historic theme. We update our bedding also with the vintage look. The mattresses are fairly new so we are sad to hear that you did not find it comfortable. We will check to see if maybe something is wrong with that mattress and if so it will be replaced. As far as a refrigerator goes, we do have a couple that we move to rooms as requested and also offer our guests the courtesy of putting there stuff in the refrigerator in the kitchen if they would like. We are glad to hear that you had a good experience and hope to see you again in the future!
