The hall where our room was located as well as our "non smoking room" smelled like cigarette smoke covered up with air freshener. The paint is coming off the walls in the bathroom and there was dirty grout around the tub. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were flat. I realize it probably says it on their website, but they don't offer any kind of breakfast, only coffee. The only good thing was that the staff were nice.

The room was clean. No shampoo, hair dryer or coffee pot. Hallway smelled of smoke. No breakfast. They charge 100.00 deposit on your credit card. I had to contact Expedia to get help getting my deposit back. It took a week to get my deposit back. Would not recommend

We are not required to have any of those items.. as far as the deposits go, it was refunded to you immediately after you check out. Please note that it is up to your bank or your credit card institution when THEY release the funds. THIS IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL. I would urge you to check with your bank and educate yourself in regards to their policy.

The room was clean and comfortable. Easy access from highway. Took 15 minutes to check in because attendant was not at desk. Fitness room has been closed since our last stay here. Other than this it was a good stay.
