The staff ŵas very rude. They weren't helpful at all. I wouldn't recommend staying here to any friends or family.

I am sorry that you feel that way. We were not rude, we just told you that we could not allow you to check in at 10:00am when our check-out time is noon and check-in time is 3:00pm. We were fully booked the night before and did not have rooms available for you to check in to. We allowed you to check in almost 2 hours before check in time. You came to the desk already upset and stating you were going to file a complaint due to the horrible customer service when we did nothing to deserve that. All we did was try to explain the situation to you and you would not listen to anything that we had to say. It is not fair to file a complaint like this with no merit.
