The person who checked me in was not very friendly nor helpful. Usually the front desk will say the elevator is over there blah blah blah. When I started walking in the wrong direction with my heavy bags he was like “oh the elevator is over there” I said sorry, I’ve never been here before. Besides having me fill out the pet form and ask for credit card and id he didn’t say anything else. Well, he asked why I was in Conway. After driving all day a friendly face and helping demeanor goes a very long way. I will stay here again because the hotel itself is very nice and right off of 40

The rooms appearance was great upon entering. Once we started our stay we noticed, no Kleenex, no trash bags in trash can in restroom, long hairs in shower. Hairs in the bedding. They normally have comfortable beds. Our king had some type of feather bed or something under the sheets because it was itchy and prickly. All night itchy feeling. My husband woke up and his eyes were swollen and one side of his jaw had swelling as well like an allergic reaction to something. All day we have had itchy eyes. I’m not sure if it’s the cause of the bedding or just coincidence. But this is the first stay I have ever left an unhappy review. And to top it all off, we reserved a hotel with an indoor pool for our teen. Pool hours were open but we could never get in the room of the pool it denied us access with both key cards.

I have shared your feedback with the housekeeping leadership team to ensure the necessary guidelines are in place and reviewed to prevent these cleanliness issues from occurring in the future. Additionally, I am so very sorry to hear that you experienced an allergic reaction. We do have feather pillows and it is definitely allergy season in Arkansas. I am very surprised that you had any issue with the pool. I have asked Maintenance to review the lock records and make any necessary repairs. I hope you choose to stay with us again when your travels bring you back to the area.

Room was clean and the beds we're super comfy. It had a built-in in bistro with great drink and food options available to buy. Staff was super nice.

We reserved 4 rooms for me and my family, traveling from others states to share in my daughter's wedding. Everyone was accommodating.

It was beautiful
