Nice hotel next to the beach and amenities

Could not fault this hotel in any way apart from the lack of Wi-Fi on the floor we on .would recommend highly.Staff were very friendly and welcoming

Was good.. bcs is close to the beach Was tooo warm on the 4 floor:( Not good brekfast ..is nice..clean..but..im sure u can more..

The staff is EXTREMELY friendly, the breakfast is rich and diverse, and everyone speaks English and I felt VERY comfortable.

iN THE WEEKENDS YOU CAN'T SLEEP BICOSE OF THE NEIGHBOURHOODS,ALL NIGHT LONG YOU HAVE TO LEASEN LOUD MUSIC .THE BREACKFAST WAS VERY BAD,AND THEY LIE TO US ABOUT CHILDREN'S BREAKFAST.OVERALL THIS WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE.

Good hotel

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a bit of noise from the bar below, and that was from the fourth floor). The AC was decent, and it was fairly warm in the room (around 26 degrees) while it was about 35 degrees outside. The breakfast was good, the staff were friendly, and the price was reasonable considering how insanely crowded Mamaia hotels are (that's because it's only a 2-hour drive from Bucharest, but if you have more time, I suggest going to Bulgaria instead as the hotels/restaurants are better and cheaper).

Nice, clean & friendly

Pros: Location: Close to the beach. New building and therefore clean rooms.
Cons: Maybe get a pool...
Location: It's right it the middle of things, next to all the attractions. Very close to the beach within walking distance.
Had a good experience. Friendly staff, nice clean rooms and good breakfast with Romanian traditional food choices.

Nice enough hotel close to the beach

The hotel itself and the rooms were fine and clean. But the staff behind reception were unhelpful, could not answer the most basic questions about the hotel, and were plain rude and slow to act. Also the hotel lacked all the basic information and leaflets about hotel service and health and safety that would be found in a hotel in the UK. Having stayed in the area for a few days this hotel is not the best but by far better than a lot of the others.

Positives: -Great location next to the promenade -Modern hotel Negatives: -Had to pay at check-in, rooms are checked at check-out -Very noisy air-conditiong and pipes, strange for a new building -No cleaning
