Not the season of good will...Excited about my trip to Fallingwater, I booked the hotel several weeks in advance, but when the trip approached, couldn't find the reservation, and booked it again. I realized my mistake and contacted Expedia, who said they tried to contact the hotel. When I checked in I mentioned my mistake and they said they hadn't heard from Expedia. Then everyone made contact and the hotel said they would not refund my extra room. Yes, it was my mistake, and the details said not refundable, but, really? So, while the hotel was nice, it was also not nice. You decide.

Room comfort and amenities are terrific! The hotel is located in a safe place, too, with a beautiful view of the Yough River.

Stayed 1 night and everything was wonderful, the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel and room. Breakfast was good but my favorite part was sitting by the river, drinking my coffee in the mornin.

An onsite bar was cool. People were actually using the dining area after hours! The bridge construction is a real impediment to getting around town.

The room was clean with a good supply of towels. There were enough easy access electrical outlets to plug in chargers for phones, computers, CPAP machines etc
