Excellent property, well situated for Coniston town center, various walking activities such as Old man and other lake District activities.
Friendly accommodating staff, nice well stocked breakfast and comfortable and spacious rooms. Will definitely return

Food was nice.paid £250 to stay in a red hot room with a tiny side window that looked in to a brick wall.for the price its shocking.no bath.shower only.not very good for us smokers.a room with a view would of been nice.wont be returning theres alot better out there for much cheaper.honest review
