Comfy bed, Covid safety measures in place but not so good as other Campanile’s. No air con and it was 35 degrees in the evening. My mistake when booking perhaps. No soap in container in shower. Carry out breakfast only.

This place is a dump. The pictures show it to be more than it is. Yet, it is worse than a Motel 6. The room was extremely small. Less than 5 feet from the door is the bed. And immediately behind the bed is the small restroom, with a shower stall (no tub). The floor of the shower stall was white concrete, The "office" was by the window, next to the front door. Immediately behind this small office was the foot of the bed. I worried someone could reach in and unlatch the window while my stuff was sitting there and I had gone for the day to visit a customer. I worried about my safety because the neighborhood looked a bit seedy and rundown. And because I was worried for my safety, I checked into another hotel. I tried to get a refund for the 5 remaining days that I did not stay, but the Hotel Campanile Conflans Sainte Honorine decided to play games. They had already charged my credit card for the week. They caimed that because I made the reservation through Expedia that I am out the 600 Euros for the week. I will have to take it up with Expedia. I called Expedia and the story is quite different. They said the hotel will have to issue the refund. Expedia is trying to resolve this but the hotel is not answering the phone. So far, Expedia has written an email to the hotel to try to get a refund on my behalf but nothing is happening. I am so disappointed in this hotel I will never stay here again.

Dear customer, We thank you for your feedback concerning your stay in our hotel. We are sorry that your stay has not be at the height of your expectations. Please take in note that the last renovations have been in 2015. The size of our rooms are standard to the group LOUVRE HOTEL as well as the layout of the furniture. Moreover, we get shower stalls or baths in the bathrooms which have been repaired recently. You could have asked to the reception to be placed in a room with a shower stall. Furthermore, nobody could enter into your room except the hotel staff in case of emergency if it was necessary or to clean the room; like in all hotels. Concerning your request in order to refund the unused nights. You made a booking which was avoidable until 6 P.M. of the day of the check-in. Then you came on the 12 May, the day of the check-in, after 6 P.M, so we made the debit of the virtual credit card given by EXPEDIA for all the nights ; respecting the terms of the booking. Contrary to what we said, we answer to EXPEDIA by phone and by email explaining exactly the same that I just said concerning the terms of the booking. Hoping my answer is at the height of your expectations. Regards.

Free WiFi - no internet

The hotel publish that they offer room and free WiFi. When checked in they say that they can confirm that they provide free WiFi, but, there is no internet on premises at all. They did not even apologized for the inconvenience. Needless to say that if such information was known at the rime of booking, I would not have selected this hotel.
