Nice hotel. Didn't like that there was no one at the front desk after 8pm. Horrible mattress on the bed. Not comfortable at all. Had a room with small kitchen, no cups, plates or utensils were available in the room.

This property just wasn't up to standard at all. My room even had mold in it. Room wasn't clean to standard. Room odor was extremely strong.

The property was new and very clean. There were no equipment in the kitchen, no cups, spoons or coffee maker. When I asked for these items, I was told it would be too expensive to rent.

It seemed like a welfare complex, no dishes in kitchenette, no restaurant in hotel, could not walk anywhere. People kept us up until 1-2 am. No cleaning done during 10 day stay

The manager was very accommodating, very kind and went out her way to make sure that you as a customer was satisfy.. I am truly graceful for her and her staff and their commitment to serve others. Job well done.

We informed the desk attendant that it smelled like Marijuana upon check in! We went to the room and saw a mouse run from one room to another. Upon entering the room my family saw to cockroaches. We immediately went to see if they had a different room on a different floor. But the hotel was completely booked. I asked for a refund and didnt want to stay there. Another attendant was there and didnt know how to check me out and refund the money and stated i had to wait for a manager. That was on the 4th of October. It is currently the 7th and i have not received my refund od $375.00 i am completely dissatisfied and will never book there again!

Staff very rude and not customer oriented. Large groups of people loitering in the parking lot drinking. Absolutely NOT suitable for families. VERY limited minimal housekeeping services. ZERO staff on site after 8pm until 8am. Unable to swap towels after 5:30pm daily. Will NEVER stay at this property again.

The hall carpet was badly stain by pets urine and feces. Also dog food was left on hall floor. Elevator carpet was soiled and stain. Smell in hallway of my floor the 4th floor and dirty nasty carpet in hallway. Since this place is pet friendly you really should not have carpet on the hallway floors, other then that the place was average.
