I pay for online today my room and I was there and the guy asked me my ID and I show him ID and then he said oh he’s really rude and he said they don’t have a room available right now. I said how come you guys get my money I pay online and he said you can refund online. I cannot do anything so I didn’t get the room over there.

Sorry for inconveniences you may have experienced we’ll work hard to fix any issues you may have. Please let the front desk person know if you have any issues so they resolve it. Thank you for letting us Know we really appreciated. You tried to rent for some else that had no ID and credit card for deposit also his name was not on reservation. Their was no charge to this reservation free cancellation with out any penalty. The FD person explained to you that you paid online so have to call them to get your refund back.

So we checked in person who works is very rude we paid room fees that were due then he called us and forced us to pay additional 60 per night for 3 more nights because we were working out there we booked 4 days guy in the front was very disrespectful when I got there there until check out

You had 2 extra people in the room which you did not put on the reservation and he worked with you charged you 40+ tax 45.20 for 3 nights for two rooms. The front desk person followed the procedure and police that placed.

The service was great 5 star ! The room was basic and fine. The property has been neglected for quite some time.
