The restaurant occupies several pastel-colored shacks on the beachfront, with diners sitting at wooden picnic-style tables overlooking the picturesque Grace Bay. Look for piles of conch shells on the beach these are identifiable by their pale pink color. During low tide, it may also be possible to see the conch pen, which supplies live conch to the restaurant.
While there are meat and vegetarian options, including jerk chicken and vegetable curry, seafood dominates the menu. Take your pick from the likes of lobster and fresh whole snapper or opt for one of the many conch dishes, such as coconut conch stew, conch ceviche or conch chowder. The restaurant also features an extensive selection of rums, as well as rum punch and rum-based cocktails.
