"My family of four had a great stay here. It’s right on a canal so we were able to take a Water Taxi from Marco Polo to the door of the hotel. The room was clean and rather large especially for Venice. The staff was polite and helpful and it was a short walk to Campo San Margherita where there’s lots of restaurants and shops for a nearby dinner or lunch. We highly recommend. "

"The staff including Vincenza and Barbara go above and beyond and treat you like a friend. Nothing is too much trouble. Vincenza emailed us all the options of how to arrive and arranged this for us. She called us in the airport arrivals to let us know a change in pier for picking up the boat. We were given really good directions for attractions and Barbara even telephoned one to help arrange this. Vincenzo booked our dinner reservation. A gentleman on the desk knew who we were and greeted us by name and knew our room number and carried our bags out to the water taxi. When we left the hotel, we took a water taxi to the port to pick up our ship, my husband left his phone on the water taxi. I telephoned the hotel and Barbara arranged extremely quickly for the boat driver to come back to the port, I thought, an impossible task for her to find him in Venice. Barbara then telephoned me to check we had received the phone. We were so grateful. The hotel was beautiful, room spacious and you could not hear any outside noise in the room or hotel. The hotel is situated right on the water but just off the grand canal. The location is perfect. It was a the best start to our holiday. We highly recommend this hotel. "
