One minor thing was a noise which only started in the morning at around 7am. Not sure what it was, but definitely within the motel itself or grounds. It didn't bother us too much though as we were usually up by then anyway. The Juniper and Bay was absolutely wonderful.

Cheerful lady at reception. A light globe blew and was replaced promptly. Spotlessly clean if a little dated.
