loved the location. gets a 5 star on location. lots of dining options and ferry terminal is right across from the street. We did not like how the rooms were not temperature controlled - it was extremely hot. The bathroom shower had major leaks that made everything wet. Their alternative options were also not feasible. Overall I would rate the property cleanliness and condition an average rating. but location a 5 out of 5 rating.

Centre of Como, great hotel with a lovely restaurant and lots of other options in a short walking distance. Our room was a good size and had a balcony with great views up the lake.

I would change the cushions of some beds. Other than that, I will go again. The location is excellent!, as well as the service of front desk.

It is a lovely spot and the team there is exceptional. It is old however with very thin walls.

We enjoyed our stay in Como. Close to ferry and restaurants. A lot of construction in area so noisy at times. Next time I’d opt for a town further up the lake.
