The very first thing I would say is that the location is PERFECT! Central to everything! The bed,pillows and mattress were extremely nice!!!
Downsides, you cannot park nearby, no big deal except for the added cost. The manager is very nice and responsive. Improvements would only be additional lighting in the bathroom

There are many positives to this B&B. It’s a wonderfully managed and owned building, the location is perfect, just a block from the ferry terminal and the block from the main church. They provide coffee, tea, hot water kettle, coffee, cups, and spoons (Great for those who like to have their coffee before they go out exploring), it’s very clean and the wonderful Filipino woman who cleans is delightful, and finally, the shower is very nice compared to other places that we stayed.
A couple additions that would make this place a five would be a bigger bed (it’s a small queen at best), A mini refrigerator, and the most important thing, in our unit, the door doesn’t fully lock (it can be easily pulled open after locking) and sometimes the door to the building is left ajar so it felt a “little” unsafe. It’s an easy fix, but left us a little uneasy. Nothing at all happened so it might be a moot point.
We truly loved our stay and we recommend this place especially with those changes. It would be a 5 .

Very nice hotel in an excellent location in Como’s city center close to everything. Many great restaurants, main attractions, ferry, etc within a short walk.
Camila was friendly and flexible with our check in. Rooms nicely renovated. Would stay there again. We had the breakfast option which was at a restaurant 2 doors down. The food was very good.

Very well located. Clean and cozy. Nice stuff. Close to everything. Very happy I found it.
Cones: Parking, poor WiFi.
