When I asked management they said there was an issue with the other room and the one we got was “better.” And did not solve the issue. The front door to the room did not lock. It was incredibly loud both inside the non insulated building and out on the street. There were no amenities. The refrigerator had to be unplugged to use the espresso machine. The room...

"Ok hotel. Probably not our kind of hotel - too many families. The room was very good and had lots of space. The bar and restaurant are a bit old-fashioned. The food was Ok. "

"We appreciated the welcome given and also being given a room with a stunning view. Our room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the pool and the sauna. Breakfasts, snacks, and evening meals were also very good. On a couple of occasions there were misunderstandings about the information given to us but the staff concerned were keen to address these and ensure that we were happy. "
