Perfect stay from start to finish! we arrived at 1 am due to airline issues and they fed us at 1 am!! Clean, warm rooms with very detailed accessories. excellent staff. excellent food!!

Beautiful chateau that we stayed in after visiting the American Cemetery in Normandy. Would stay again for sure. Staff was great, chateau was beautiful.

Our favorite stay in all of Europe. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Food was fabulous. Staff was great. I will certainly be back.

Simply put, this a magnificent hotel. I can’t imagine someone being unhappy about anything here. The rooms are perfect and well appointed, the grounds amazing and the staff anxious to help in any way. It’s set out in the Normandy countryside about three miles from Bayeaux. My only regret was that we had to leave.

Such a lovely place. The grounds are magnificent and the staff was so helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Within walking distance to port en Bessin which is a quaint sea side village. Picturesque.

Big Disappointment
Posted 2 Jun 2024 on HotelsWe notified the hotel we would be checking in late. We were traveling with another couple. The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant and showed us to our rooms which were in another building and up a flight of stairs. For what we paid we did not expect to stay in the annex. We expressed our concern but was told there was nothing else available. The shower was a major problem with operating it and keeping the water inside. The bathroom floor would fill with water. The mini bar was a joke 2 waters 2 sodas and a juice. There is no exercise room! We did see a room which appeared to be in the process of being renovated. This should have been disclosed and it wasn't. We asked to speak with a manager both days and was told no one was available. Very disappointing. This is not a 5 star hotel

Dear Madam, We have taken note of your comment and are very sorry that your experience at our hotel did not live up to your expectations. We have 29 rooms in our hotel and we cannot guarantee the location of the room. For your information, all our suites are located in the annex buildings. We offer a free mini bar to all our guests, which is refilled every day. Regarding the gym, it is not mentioned on our website as it was being refurbished as indicated on the access door. We are sorry that our Director was not present on the day of your departure, as she was away on business, but all our comments were communicated to her so that we could take corrective action. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again.
