Upon check in the staff couldn’t find my reservation after giving numerous identification and then they still couldnt locate reservation my money was deducted already then about four hours took the same amount again off my card so I decided to leave a day early it was too much continental breakfast was granola bars and coffee and then I checked and manager Tony called me to attempt to apologize but said that they needed to charge me 30 plus nore how inconvenient it was a horrible experience I have stayed at numerous Howard Johnson’s and never experienced anything like this

I am sorry for the inconvenience you had during your stay with us. I have personally called you to apologize and explain to you that my front desk person made a mistake and we corrected it immediately. Also, my front desk person did not charge any tax so I had to correct the mistake. Thank you for your feedback.

The room was dirty, muddy footprints in the bathroom, the counters were not clean
The linens were clean

The owner was really helpful I booked smoking room and he changed for me .
