"The building (exterior and interior) and gardens are spectacular. We were met at the door by our host, Jean-Francois. He was extremely welcoming, carried our luggage from the car and provided coffee on the terrace. Our period room was spacious and comfortable with en suite facilities. We had ordered dinner which we ate with the 3 other guests. The dinner was a wonderful experience which started on the terrace and ended in the dining room.Jean-François cooked the multi course meal and served every course with a comedic flourish. Most of the food was sourced locally, and mostly local specialities, and all beautifully presented. Our bed was comfortable, the shower had loads of hot water! Breakfast the next morning followed a similar theme to dinner and involved several courses and local specialities. The hospitality of the host, the food and the very reasonable prices make this a stopover I would highly recommend in this area of France."

"This is a beautiful property on the grounds of a chateau in the countryside. Peaceful and lovely, with very friendly owners who speak several languages and are helpful in suggesting sites to visit nearby. Breakfast was delicious. The rooms were spacious and comfortable."

"A beautiful beautiful place in a wonderful location. The room was absolutely stunning - huge and with fantastic decor and furniture which felt really homely as well as luxurious. The two hosts were lovely and always helpful and interesting to talk to. Breakfast was fantastic, the spa area was great. When we went for a meal at a nearby restaurant the hosts even gave us a lift there and back. Just wonderful - thoroughly recommend staying here. "

"Tired property in a nice town. Room's are very basic; only economy rooms were offered thru Hotels.com, which meant no en-suite!! Check if booking this way. Self-serve breakfast OK at €8 - not much choice though. It's OK for one night if travelling this way... but it ain't great."

"Novel experience having Bed&Breakfast in former stables. The refurbishment had been done to a high standard with attractive decor. A delightful French breakfast with croissant, bread, cheese, and jams. We liked the fact that car parking was behind security gates. Only booked for 1 night, but would happily have stayed longer. Would recommend."
