Property gave the appearance of being neglected.Cold and unwelcoming.The 'Receptionist' on arrival took ages to appear and then after check-in went missing.Advertised facilities were not available ie restaurant and bar.

hello,your comment is untrue and unfair , because, you have booked a double room cleaned and when you go back, you have forgotten to inform us, that you have vomitted in the room, you have let so many bottles of alccol in your room,the young receptionnist was on the first floor when you arrived, and she provided you a room wtih the view on the lake.please when you book a room, call us about the restaurant.we have days off, like many hotel.68.30 your room was a good value.have a nice evening :)

Great hotel in beautiful location
Posted 21 Aug 2024 on HotelsThis is a lovely family owned hotel in a beautiful location. We had dinner and breakfast and both were great and good value. The owner couldn't have been more friendly and all staff were really lovely towards our dog as well.

A well run, comfortable hotel with friendly, English speaking staff. A good location, with easy walking into town and well situated for visiting areas of interest in the region. We would stay there again.

The Hotel de Lac is set in a stunning location overlooking a lake. The rooms are fine in line with its 2 star rating and the owner and staff were very personable and helpful. We had a meal in the dining room overlooking the lake and it was of a high standard. The local town of Colberg is very historic and it is overlooked by a n ancient castle. In summary highly recommended.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel. Lovely view Over the lake. Owner/chef cooks really good meals. Staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Good location for seeing the area around.

Lovely hotel by the lake.
Posted 25 Sep 2017 on HotelsA lovely place to stay right beside the lake - wonderful view from the restaurant. Breakfast was filling but not special. Our room was clean and comfortable but a little tired. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would certainly return again.
