"I stayed at the Sheraton in Bariloche, and overall, it was a good experience. The cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities were in good condition. Both check-in and check-out were quick and without issues. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a good variety and quality of products. The room I stayed in had some aspects that could be improved: the furniture and TV felt a bit outdated, and the lighting was quite intense and spot-focused, which wasn’t ideal for taking photos. "Communication was lacking No information came the day before as they said so not easy to be at the door and no information how to get in Hot water was not working in the bathroom sink and water adjustments in the shower and Bidet were very tricky Wifi was hit and miss it worked for only the first day No service so toilet paper was short and towels should have been changed we stayed three days and garbage piled up"

"The view of Lago Nahuel Huapi and the cathedral was spectacular! The day we got in, it was raining heavily and Eduardo at the office stayed later to ensure we had a list of places to eat as well as to buy warmer clothes which we had not packed. "

"We had a great stay here! The view was incredible! We didn’t realize the room would be up the hill from the club house, so the shuttle they offer from the club house to the rooms was a great amenity! We didn’t see prior to our stay that the rooms didn’t have AC, but it wasn’t a problem for us at all! It was cool enough at night that we didn’t even notice, even in the summer. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!"
