Rock hard, filthy beds
Posted 22 Nov 2015 on HotelsRock hard bed- no mattress, just a board with a pad on it. I regretted looking under the sheet as there was hair and blood stains all over. The owners make good money with their rates and never have reinvested in anything...old, filthy rooms- what a lousy subhuman attitude to have as hotel owners. The reception staff were friendly enough, it's not their fault.

Nice hotel as it is close to beach

Well appointed rooms. Excellent location.
Posted 10 Jan 2015Stayed for two nights. Check in was smooth. Service is average. However, rooms are well furnished and nicely decorated. Most of the rooms have sea view which is a plus point. Location is definitely excellent. Right on the most happening point of the beach, you have access to all the goodies including the food and ice cream!

Pros: location is excellent on the beach, everything accessible by walk, neat and clean room, service was OK
Cons: the maintenence - a coat of paint will surely be welcome
Location: excellent location, on the beach, shopping , restaurants , taxi stand , bars all at walking distance. In my opinion a value for money place

Pros: Its location
Cons: Well behaved staff.
Location: You may enjoy the beach in peace without much crowd like Clangute/Baga. Water sports are available. You also enjoy cnadle light dinner at beach shack
Our first interaction with reception counter/Manager was very disappointing. He was very rude while talking to us, as if he is obliging us by allocating the room. He said sorry later, but with same attitude. Name of person was Mr. Vivek. I dont think I will stay in this hotel again. We requested for cleaning of room, no one turned up for the same. Food was available at good price and location was very near to beach, other than that no plus point.

Pros: Clean rooms, very reasonable room rates and fantastic location.
Cons: Restaurant facilities. There is hardly anything to be said about the restaurant and the service. But you will get by with the nearby restaurants.
Location: Absolutely bang on location with hardly 100 steps to the fabulous beach. Good eating joints nearby.
Had a wonderful experience of staying at this place. We went with family recently in Oct 14. Was expecting a below average to extremely poor stay arrangements. Was pleasantly surprised to find the rooms in a very good clean condition. The linen off course was not really up to the mark but was changed immediately when requested. The room cleaning was good. Restaurant facility, ummm...., better if you just go out walking and use the nearby restaurants. Location is superb. Bang on the beach. Just walk around 100 steps and you are on the beach. The rooms have beach view. We had non AC double occupancy rooms with balcony. Had a fantastic beach view.
